City of Santa Fe’s New Secure Vendor Portal! We are excited to announce Vendor Access, the City of Santa Fe’s new and enhanced Vendor Portal designed to provide a faster, more efficient, and more secure experience for all our vendors. System Upgrade will take effect Wednesday, January 7,2025. Enhanced Security Features Vendor Access includes several new security enhancements to protect your information, including: • Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for added account protection • Secure document upload • Encrypted storage of sensitive information These features help ensure that your vendor data, including payment information, is protected using industry-standard security practices. For Existing Vendors If you have previously registered through Vendor Self Service (VSS), You or your organization will need to enroll in the new Identity Workforce login, you will now be prompted to use MFA when signing in. A User guide will be provided on the new vendor access homepage for reference and instruction on enrolling. For New Vendors To complete your registration in Vendor Access, please be prepared to upload the following documents: • W-9 Form • Voided Check (for payment setup) The portal’s secure upload process helps ensure your documents are handled safely.
